Eligibility for Live Arrival Guarantee
- Guarantee Duration: Our Live Arrival Guarantee is applicable only on the day of arrival of your shipment.
- Dead on Arrival: In the rare case that you receive dead livestock on the day of arrival, we will provide compensation for the loss. To be eligible for this guarantee, you must contact us immediately on the same day the shipment is received
Compensation
- Refund: If you experience a dead-on-arrival (DOA) situation, we will offer a full refund for the value of the deceased livestock.

Reporting a Live Arrival Issue
Notification: To report a live arrival issue, please contact us immediately on the day of arrival. Provide clear photos or videos showing the deceased livestock inside their unopened shipping bag. We may also require additional information to process your claim.
Shipping Conditions
- Proper Acclimation: Properly acclimating your new aquatic life to their new environment is crucial. Failure to follow our acclimation guidelines may void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
- Unruly Shipments: If your shipment arrives with visible issues, such as severe damage to the packaging or other problems that may compromise the health of the aquatic life, please document and report these issues to us immediately.
Exclusions
- Beyond the Day of Arrival: Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not extend beyond the day of arrival. We are unable to provide compensation for issues that occur after this point.
- Unattended Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your shipment on the scheduled delivery date or if there is a delay in unpacking the shipment, the guarantee may be void.
